ABOUT DAVE BAKER
Dave has more than 25 years of Human Resources leadership and generalist experience in a variety of manufacturing environments, including the automotive, pharmaceutical, and wood products industries. He has also served in front-line supervision in an FDA regulated environment, and as an adjunct teacher at Anderson University.
He is a certified Executive Coach in addition to holding certifications with the Society for Human Resources Management (SPHR & SHRM-SCP), Interaction Management™ with DDI, Inc., and is an Affiliate Partner with Profiles International. He is certified in the use of multiple assessments including the Profile XT & Checkpoint 360.
His educational background includes a Master’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor’s in Psychology with a minor Business.
He is a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) with the SC Guardian ad litem program and serves on the Board of Directors for Calvary Home for Children Anderson, SC.
As an Eagle Scout, Dave has also served in the TN & SC National Guard in field artillery units.
